koteka adalah salah satu pakaian tradisional masyarakat pegunungan tengah yaitu,masyarakat kabupaten jayawijaya,tolikara,lannyjaya,yahukimo,nduga,puncak jaya, dan sampai sekarang ini masih pakai koteka karena, budaya khas yang diberikan oleh anugerah olehl Tuhan Dan pakaian tradisional (koteka) ini di pakai pada waktu tertentu yaitu pada acara besar-besaran dan acara pernikaan adat dsb.

    Wendanack very respect with my people those still wearing koteka or sali.Koteka & sali are traditional clothes speally black sweet people.Why my generation can't or shy to wear sali and koteka? Actually it's our culture do not focus on modern things.It's will be very big influence.It's blessing of God so please care of it.

    iagree with using the traditional clothes because that part of my life and if i'mnot wear it my people willnotwear it also.in reality many people don'twant wear the traditional clothes because no body didn't use it anymore,by that they feel shy.
